Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide styling and fit advice with honest and confident feedback
- Open new rewards program accounts and promote customer loyalty
- Perform merchandising tasks including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
- Maintain department readiness with light cleaning and organization
- Work flexible hours and occasionally perform duties in other departments
- Use networking and technology to meet sales objectives
Requirements
