Interim Retail Cashier and Sales Floor Support - Perimeter Mall

Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor by assisting customers with purchases, returns and other transactions while maintaining a polished and organized department. Support order fulfillment and pick up tasks and stay informed on fashion trends and store programs to drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales and returns
• Deliver friendly knowledgeable customer service and listen to customer needs
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by restocking straightening and light cleaning
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up as needed
• Promote store programs such as gift cards and rewards
• Collaborate with team members to keep the department runway ready
• Use point of sale systems and other computer applications to process transactions
