Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele in the gallery by assessing design needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Collaborate with Interior Design team to exceed client expectations while representing the RH lifestyle through product expertise and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury client experience through elevated service and product knowledge
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Manage all phases of the client experience from first contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base to meet fiscal goals
- Support visual and quality standards within the gallery
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team members
- Maintain knowledge of luxury and design industry trends
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in art, architecture or interior design preferred
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver in gallery and stock areas
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
