Summary
Provide luxury service to walk in clientele at the RH Gallery by assessing design needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while representing the RH lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury customer experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client expectations
- Support gallery visual and quality standards
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Art architecture or interior design education and relevant experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor and stock room
