Summary
Seeking a Trade Consultant to deliver luxury service to trade clientele by leveraging product expertise and building relationships within the interior design community. The role partners with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the trade business through consultations, gallery tours, site visits and project coordination while ensuring fiscal goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience for trade clients through professionalism and product expertise
- Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the trade business within the Gallery
- Qualify potential clients and manage relationships with existing trade clientele
- Conduct consultations, Gallery tours and site visits to support project development
- Coordinate internal services and project installations with cross functional teams
- Ensure fiscal and sales goals are achieved
- Maintain relevance within the interior design community and industry trends
Requirements
- Experience in a high end furniture showroom, luxury retailer or design firm
- Proven relationship driven success working with interior design and trade community
- Strategic, highly organized and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Basic to proficient ability to read and interpret floor plans
- Ability to travel locally or out of state and perform physical tasks up to 25 lbs
