Summary
Provide luxury in-gallery design consultation and deliver elevated service to RH clientele. Collaborate with RH Interior Design to assess client needs, qualify clients for services, manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
- Represent the RH lifestyle through communication and professional appearance
- Support gallery visual and quality standards
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and internal teams
- Maintain interest and knowledge in the luxury and design industry
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Art Architecture or Interior Design education or relevant experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
