Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide luxury service and design expertise to walk-in clientele at the Gallery, collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet client needs and manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the RH lifestyle through professionalism and product knowledge. Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and contribute to achieving fiscal goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Manage all phases of the client experience from consultation to delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and pursue sales goals
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
• Support gallery visual and quality standards
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design team to ensure client expectations are exceeded
• Maintain knowledge of luxury and design industry trends

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education or experience in Art Architecture or Interior Design preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
• Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
• Collaborative and results oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver on gallery floor
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
