Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele in the gallery by assessing needs, qualifying clients for interior design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while representing the brand with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services offered
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and support fiscal goals
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client design needs
- Support visual and quality standards within the gallery
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Maintain interest in the luxury and design industry
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Education or relevant experience in art architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized collaborative and results oriented
- Strategic and mental agility
- Proficiency with Mac operating system IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
