Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery, helping them understand RH Interior Design services and find solutions for their design needs. Build client relationships and guide each client through the experience from initial contact to product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated service and demonstrate expertise in RH products.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and help achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand professionally and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, communication, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform the physical demands of Gallery work.
• Licensed to drive preferred; ability to travel locally or out of state.
