Internal Audit Manager

As an Internal Audit Manager at Ralph Lauren in Nutley, you will be responsible for managing the Company's internal control environment and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance program. You will serve as a key liaison with external auditors and drive continuous improvement in the internal control environment.

• Oversee the day-to-day progress of the Company's SOX program, coordinating with management and Regional IA teams.
• Perform and supervise walkthroughs, process documentation, and control testing.
• Lead internal financial and operational audits of high-risk business processes.
• Discuss audit progress and findings with management and draft audit reports.
• Identify process improvements to optimize SOX compliance efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for external auditors on SOX-related matters.
• Monitor and address SOX control deficiencies.
• Complete high-priority special assignments and investigations.

• 5+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in US GAAP/SOX compliance.
• Public accounting experience required; Big 4 preferred.
• Professional certification in accounting or audit discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with audit and data analytic tools preferred.
• Estimated required travel is 10%.
