Inventory Control Specialist - Mansion

As an Inventory Control Specialist at our Mansion location, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the boutique's inventory. You will ensure accuracy and compliance in all inventory-related activities, contributing to an exceptional client experience.

• Oversee and review overall boutique inventory including sales, shipments, transfers, and consignments.
• Lead organization and execution of bi-annual inventory and cycle counts, resolving discrepancies timely.
• Audit stock standards, ensuring tagging accuracy, quality control, and proper placement in the Boutique Inventory Tool.
• Run compliance reports regularly, such as Red light and Stock in transit.
• Review goods receipt, in-transit reports, and open orders and consignment.
• Communicate stock needs, replace missing visuals, and participate in daily store setup and replenishment.
• Liaise with other boutiques and departments as needed.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in luxury retail inventory control.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Windows; SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Self-starter with a team-player approach.
