Inventory Specialist - 57th Street Flagship Boutique

As an Inventory Specialist at the 57th Street Flagship Boutique, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique, contributing to a seamless client experience. You will work closely with a diverse team and report to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager.

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL experience to clients.
• Process received stock and record it into the system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with guidance from the Inventory Supervisor and Ops Lead.
• Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred but not required.
