Inventory Specialist

Summary

Inventory Specialist responsible for ensuring efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique, maintaining stock accuracy and organization, and supporting shipments and inventory counts to enable a seamless client experience. Works under direction of Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager and collaborates with boutique team members to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record inventory into system
• Organize and maintain stock according to brand expectations
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments following brand standards
• Execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory with direction
• Support opening and closing procedures for the boutique
• Handle receiving of inventory to support sales and client service
• Move items including lifting pulling and pushing up to 25 lbs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Service minded with passion for client experience
• Flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs
