Summary
Entry level operations role supporting day to day retail store functions including receiving, processing merchandise, stock room organization, inventory support, and occasional sales floor assistance. Position may be offered full time or part time and requires flexibility to meet store needs.
Responsibilities
- Process freight and perform markups, markdowns, tagging and reticketing
- Inspect deliveries for damage and ensure proper sensor and tag placement
- Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete replenishment tasks
- Manage ship to home orders and store to store transfers
- Maintain organized stock room and sales floor inventory levels
- Support sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and customer service
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Balance operational tasks while prioritizing the customer experience
- Collaborate with team and participate in training and company initiatives
Requirements
- Back of house or retail operations experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver in store environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as tagging, scanning, and stocking
- Attention to detail when inspecting deliveries and processing merchandise
- Comfort working in a high volume specialty retail environment
