Inventory Specialist - South Coast Plaza

As an Inventory Specialist at South Coast Plaza, you will ensure the efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique, playing a vital role in delivering a seamless client experience. You will work closely with a diverse team and report to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager.

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL experience to clients.
• Process received stock and record it into the system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with direction from the Inventory Supervisor and Ops Lead.
• Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs.
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
