Inventory Supervisor

Summary

The Inventory Supervisor ensures effective flow of goods in and out of the boutique, supervises team members, and maintains stock organization to enable a seamless client experience. This role supports receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory while working closely with operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train boutique team members on inventory processes
• Process received stock and record items into the system
• Organize and maintain stock per brand standards
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to standards
• Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with direction
• Facilitate opening and closing procedures related to inventory
• Collaborate with operations lead to uphold operational standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to move items including lifting up to 25 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a collaborative team
