Summary
Lead the design and delivery of product education for new product and collection launches, translating materials, craftsmanship, and design philosophy into compelling learning experiences that elevate storytelling and drive performance across customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop education and training strategy for new product and collection launches
- Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, and cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and alignment
- Translate complex product details into compelling selling tools and training materials
- Analyze field feedback and performance data to identify knowledge gaps and inform training design
- Compose, refine, and publish product-related communications to inform and inspire teams
- Champion consistency of messaging and presentation across education platforms
- Support occasional travel and after-hours work for trainings and launches
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, retail training, or related work
- Experience in luxury retail or customer-facing environments preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with elevated design sensibility
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering visually compelling learning content
- Proficiency in Canva; experience with InDesign Photoshop or other content platforms preferred
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with business leaders and Field Teams
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism with sound judgment
