Summary
Lead and refine people programs, processes, and tools to enhance the Team Member experience through strategic and hands-on execution. Manage cross-functional projects, analyze people data, and support HRIS and onboarding workflows to deliver scalable solutions and drive culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and refinement of people programs, processes, and tools.
- Project manage People Experience initiatives ensuring clarity alignment and on-time execution.
- Analyze trends data and system insights to guide decision-making and provide solutions.
- Provide HR education support and guidance to leaders and team members.
- Manage requisition accuracy partner with hiring leaders and coordinate recruitment workflow.
- Support onboarding activation including I-9 completion account accuracy and system workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues in Oracle HCM ORC and Journeys and drive resolutions.
- Create update onboarding tasks templates notifications and compliance documentation.
- Support communication rollout and change management for new initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations HR Talent or related people experience work.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM ATS or comparable platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills with confidence to educate and build trust across levels.
- Experience facilitating trainings sessions that engage and elevate teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills managing multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset using data and reporting to identify trends and inform decisions.
- High level of accuracy ownership and attention to detail in systems and documentation.
- Experience in recruiting operations or requisition workflow coordination is a plus.
