Summary
Key Holder responsible for achieving individual sales objectives, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting boutique operations in Aventura. This role includes opening and closing the boutique, assisting with client development, and performing basic after sales service tasks.
Responsibilities
- Achieve preset sales objectives and develop clientele
- Capture and maintain client information to support boutique relationships
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across collections
- Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor
- Perform simple pen repair and after sales service techniques
- Maintain the aesthetic quality and merchandising of the store
- Open and close the boutique as required and handle transfers in management absence
- Follow loss prevention procedures according to protocol
- Communicate with corporate office when management is absent
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience; luxury goods or jewelry preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand on the sales floor for most of the workday
- Ability to reach, bend, and occasionally use a ladder to access product
- Ability to unpack and lift large boxes
