Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder supports boutique sales objectives by developing customer relationships and providing outstanding service. The role also helps maintain store standards and supports boutique operations when management is absent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives, develop clientele, and capture customer information.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide outstanding customer service.
• Support simple pen repairs and after-sales service.
• Maintain the store's aesthetic quality and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Open and close the boutique, handle transfers, and communicate with the corporate office as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; luxury or jewelry sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for most of the workday and reach, bend, use a ladder, and lift large boxes.
