Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports sales goals and daily store operations at Balenciaga's Holt Renfrew Bloor location. The role combines client service, selling, stock and inventory responsibilities, and support for store presentation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and handle customer complaints and feedback appropriately and promptly.
• Open and close the store, assist management with daily operations, and support store operations standards.
• Maintain stockroom organization, support inventory and loss prevention, and ensure registers and the safe are functioning properly.
• Assist with visual displays and merchandising, communicate visual standards, and oversee store cleanliness and maintenance.
• Support sustainability policies and maintain effective communication with departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals.
• Commercial awareness, strong business acumen, and a genuine passion for fashion.
