Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder helps achieve individual sales objectives while developing and servicing customers. The role supports boutique operations, client relationships, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives, develop clientele, and maintain accurate client information.
• Provide outstanding service and build strong product knowledge across collections.
• Maintain store presentation and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Open and close the boutique, handle transfers, and communicate with the corporate office when management is absent.
• Develop working knowledge of basic pen repair and after-sales service.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, ladder use, and lifting boxes.
