Keyholder

Summary

The Keyholder supports store leadership by delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and building customer relationships that drive sales and repeat business. This role helps coordinate daily store operations and supports sales associates in achieving objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager with daily store operations and coordination.
• Open and close the store, check in merchandise, and prepare and make deposits as needed.
• Supervise sales transactions to ensure quick, accurate processing and compliance with cash protection procedures.
• Promote and sell products while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships, merchandise the sales floor, and motivate employees to meet sales goals.

Requirements

• At least two years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships, adapt quickly, and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, and software including MS Office.
• Ability to work independently, use discretion, influence others, and negotiate.
