Summary

Join the retail team as a Keyholder responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting daily store operations, and driving sales performance through clientelling and teamwork. This role reports to the General Manager and helps maintain operational excellence in an outlet environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and provide exceptional client service.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets.
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and follow up after sales.
• Support daily operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance.
• Maintain inventory operations and process returns, exchanges, and consignments.
• Set the example by following policies and using proper tools and equipment.
• Develop business initiatives, contests, and events to drive sales.
• Support and coach the sales team through training techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of retail experience.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and proven clientelling track record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to balance daily responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to build partnerships with clients and management.
• Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality with high energy.
