Lead Client Advisor

As a Lead Client Advisor at James Perse in Aspen, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering client relationships. You will be responsible for setting the standard in customer service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence, while overseeing the store in the absence of management.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and store standards.
• Grow existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects, including opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Established clientele following is ideal.
• Ability to work in a retail environment with open scheduling availability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent work ethic, excellent time management, and high level of integrity.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
