Sales Supervisor

As a Sales Supervisor at our Aspen location, you will play a key role in driving sales and leading the store team. You will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the company's standards and vision. In the absence of Store Management, you will oversee the store staff and ensure smooth operations.

• Lead by example in customer service and store standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
• Identify opportunities for product, sales, and team development.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and company KPIs.
• Ensure customers are the top priority and assist in suggestive selling.
• Build and develop a client base and schedule appointments.
• Facilitate consignments and client appointments based on needs.
• Conduct store meetings and resolve customer issues in the absence of Store Management.
• Open and close the store and maintain store standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure visual merchandising standards.

• 3-4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with retail systems.
• Ability to relocate is preferable for career development.
• Action-oriented with strong time management and customer focus.
• Ability to direct others and manage conflicts effectively.
