Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve sales goals in-store and via digital tools such as text and social media
- Participate in trainings to stay updated on fashion and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team on filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready department
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills to connect with customers
- Empathy sensitivity and commitment to body positive fittings for diverse customers
- Self-motivation and drive to meet sales goals
- Ability to multitask and organize in a fast paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
