Provides exceptional client service and product expertise selling luxury handbags on the sales floor at a high-end retail location. Builds and maintains client relationships to drive sales and repeat business. Delivers personalized styling and product education informed by deep knowledge of materials and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor, offer product demonstrations, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book through follow-up, appointments, and outreach.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandise presentation for the handbag assortment.
• Assist with inventory activities, receiving, and product replenishment as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably with luxury handbags or accessories.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a polished presentation.
• Product knowledge and passion for luxury fashion and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
