Summary

The Made-to-Measure Specialist provides expert custom clothing service and achieves individual sales objectives in a luxury boutique. The role advises clients on fabrics, style, and fit while developing the team's knowledge of the made-to-measure program.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert made-to-measure guidance, style advice, and fit recommendations in partnership with the tailor.
• Develop staff knowledge of seasonal fabrics and support order generation, tracking, and follow-through.
• Meet personal sales goals, support boutique sales activities, and deliver a high level of client service.
• Maintain program tools, workstation and selling-floor standards, and accurate point-of-sale transactions.
• Follow asset protection procedures and assist with inventory preparation and cycle counts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of made-to-measure or custom clothing experience and 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and leadership skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and accommodate business needs.
• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds without assistance; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
