- Operate and monitor building controls and systems.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as loading and moving materials.
- Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
- Act as a representative of the facilities team in meetings and vendor interactions.
- Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
- Assist with technical training of new employees.
- Respond to location emergencies and update maintenance records.
- Communicate and coordinate work with contractors and vendors.
Requirements- High School Diploma/GED; vocational degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of hands-on facilities experience with mechanical maintenance.
- Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic input and output functions.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS.
- Knowledge of computer networking systems.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and meet physical requirements.
