Manager - Art Director and Designer Digital

As a Manager - Art Director and Designer Digital, you will collaborate with the Creative Director and oversee a team of digital designers to create impactful content for Tiffany's digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning creative strategies, translating brand vision into compelling experiences, and ensuring high standards across all digital touchpoints.

• Provide creative guidance and art direction for product photography, video/animation, and retouching.
• Manage and standardize the Brand Style Guideline to ensure consistent and on-brand content.
• Supervise retouching and creative review for local and regional adaptations.
• Set and communicate clear goals to build a high-performance culture.
• Create an inclusive culture that values diversity and inspires team members.
• Stay updated on latest technologies and trends, sharing insights with the team.

• BA in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of luxury brand experience.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative standards.
• Expertise in graphic design and typography.
• Excellent skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
