Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Commercial Education, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier training and education programs for the MHUSA portfolio of brands. Collaborating with various teams, you will implement and measure training initiatives to enhance commercial performance and brand desirability.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key education planning partner for Commercial teams and Distributor Partners.
  • Implement and execute the national training calendar and plan local/regional learning opportunities.
  • Conduct field market visits to support sales and distributor teams.
  • Manage a selling education strategy and deliver associated programs.
  • Align education calendars with a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
  • Manage sales education-related responsibilities including facilitation and learning retention assessments.
  • Leverage market trends and customer needs to tailor education plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience and training facilitation.
  • Experience in the luxury consumer goods industry preferred.
  • Understanding of adult learning and development principles.
  • Mastery of presentation skills with aptitude for storytelling.
  • Finance and budget management skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Passionate about helping others succeed through skill building and coaching.
