- Evaluate training and development needs of the boutique and provide regular follow-up to retail teams and corporate departments.
- Partner with various teams to develop product training on a seasonal basis.
- Track productivity reporting process and manage underperforming associates.
- Oversee induction and onboarding for new employees and support store openings, events, and activations.
- Assist management with spot coaching to support the development of client experience and brand ambassadorship.
- Coordinate and manage training calendar in support of seasonal launches, events, and activations.
- Track effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up.
Requirements- 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industry.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
- Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Strong computer presentation skills with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel as needed.
