Manager Cost Control

As a Manager of Cost Control in the Americas, you will be an integral part of the regional Store Planning & Construction Team, working closely with Project Managers and Corporate departments to manage financial aspects of construction projects. Reporting to the VP of Store Planning Americas, you will ensure strategic and hands-on execution of financial strategies, focusing on clients, people, and brand desirability.

• Manage financial aspects of construction projects, including pop-ups and activations for Americas.
• Conduct budget analysis and provide accurate reporting from design estimates to close out costs.
• Identify cost variances from approved budgets and alert risks.
• Provide KPIs analysis reports for the Region and support Project Managers with capital expenditure requisitions.
• Attend store design meetings to update costs based on design changes and flag discrepancies.
• Lead Tenant Allowance/Department Store reconciliation report and process.
• Monitor travel budget of team members and support ad-hoc projects with the VP.

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction project life cycles and costs.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Coupa, Unifier, DocuSign, and SharePoint.
• Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, analytical, and construction drawing skills.
