Lead North America digital acquisition and paid media for the brand, focusing on performance marketing across paid social, paid search, affiliate, and programmatic channels while also managing strategic brand media partnerships and collaborations to drive measurable business results and maintain brand equity.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy execution and optimization for paid social paid search affiliate and programmatic display
- Manage day to day agency relationships media planning creative testing and budget allocation
- Monitor report on CPA ROAS CAC LTV using dashboards and performance reviews
- Collaborate with eCommerce CRM and analytics teams to drive full funnel conversion
- Lead TikTok Shop growth integrating paid organic and influencer efforts
- Develop execute paid media strategies with publishers and manage partnerships
- Oversee contracting brief development content review and performance evaluation
- Manage marketing budgets and negotiate contracts to maximize value
- Partner cross functionally for planning and KPI alignment
Requirements
- 4 years experience in performance marketing preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle
- Proven track record managing six to seven figure paid media budgets
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager Google Ads TikTok and affiliate networks
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of media KPIs and ROI analysis
- Creative thinker able to blend data driven execution with brand storytelling
- Experience working with publisher partners and lifestyle media
- Project management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with DTC and wholesale marketing environments
