Manager F&B Distribution and Fulfillment

As a Manager of F&B Distribution and Fulfillment at Chanel, you will lead the daily activities in an automated distribution center, focusing on operational efficiency, team performance, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with supply chain and transportation teams to support the F&B business and drive change within the operation.

• Oversee day-to-day distribution operations and warehouse activities, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Lead warehouse functions related to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
• Manage a team of over 100 union associates and equipment resources.
• Foster employee growth through feedback and performance reviews.
• Serve as Project Manager for peak season initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Engage in long-term planning and projects focused on automation and capacity.
• Create and maintain business process definitions and training materials.
• Translate technical and functional user requirements into actionable solutions.
• Lead operations transformation initiatives.

• 7+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Manhattan Associates.
• Familiarity with highly automated distribution systems.
• Ability to interpret corporate policies and apply them to daily activities.
• Familiarity with LEAN concepts and continuous process improvement models.
• Ability to work second shift and potential Saturdays.
