Manager Finance - Technology

As the Manager, Finance, you will lead a team in supporting the Technology organization through a financial perspective. You will manage and oversee the close, forecast, budget, and reporting responsibilities, along with business case preparation, analysis of results, and communication of financial and operational impacts to key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills to translate data-driven findings into actionable insights.

• Lead a team supporting key elements of the Technology P&L, including labor and non-labor spend management.
• Analyze results across Technology and provide recommendations on investment shifts, identify trends, and communicate insights to ensure positive ROI.
• Manage relationships with senior leaders in Engineering and Product, supporting forecasts and ad-hoc analysis to drive cost savings and budget adherence.
• Track and communicate performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support report automation and process improvement to enhance finance team capabilities.
• Build and develop a team of analysts through clear vision, prioritization, and support to achieve financial and business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or economics preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in finance or economics.
• Experienced team leader with a passion for teaching early and mid-career professionals.
• Experience with corporate metrics and analytical methods.
• Experienced in driver-based model building that is scalable and flexible.
• SQL and Tableau knowledge preferred.
• Superior MS Excel abilities, including the ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
