Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for Global Sales will oversee reporting and analytical insights for company-wide sales, including actuals, budget, and forecast. This role requires initiative and a self-starter attitude to challenge the status quo and promote continuous process improvements, including automation of standard reporting requirements.

• Provide senior management with updates on worldwide sales performance, including executive reporting and business commentaries.
• Deliver LVMH weekly Maison sale updates, monthly/quarterly business commentaries, and ad hoc reporting and analyses.
• Analyze and assess company-wide forecast and budget information to determine risks and opportunities.
• Prepare trend and financial analyses, including standard monthly reports and ad hoc analyses for leadership teams.
• Manage and develop staff to maximize potential through specific business and technical experiences.

• Minimum 6 years of finance experience, preferably in a managerial role in retail Financial Planning Analysis.
• BA degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with senior management and leadership teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• MBA and experience with Hyperion Planning and Business Objects preferred.
