Manager Global Client Development

As the Manager of Global Client Development, you will be a key member of the Global Retail Excellence team, responsible for defining and developing client strategies to enhance recruitment, retention, and engagement. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric innovations and manage the Client Development budget to achieve sales growth objectives.

• Build and enhance global client strategies leveraging retail insights and data-driven results.
• Develop and execute client strategies for exceptional client experiences across retail.
• Drive retail client targeting strategies to increase sales and loyalty.
• Partner with digital product and analytics teams to enhance client tools and capabilities.
• Implement strategies to support data capture and clienteling through personalization.
• Collaborate with CRM and eCommerce teams for an integrated client experience.
• Foster a globally consistent client experience while empowering localization.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related work experience.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills in global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and launching new initiatives.
• Passion for building innovative customer experiences and loyalty.
• Proficiency in various marketing channels and data analysis.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
