Summary
Lead global digital merchandising strategy and execution for the eCommerce platform, ensuring online assortment, visual presentation, and product storytelling align with brand standards and drive discoverability and conversion. Partner cross-functionally with UX UI, Marketing, Product Marketing, SEO, CRM, and regional teams to optimize product content, personalization, and omnichannel performance. Use data and analytics to inform roadmap decisions and mentor a team to deliver exceptional digital commerce experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise catalog construction and digital merchandising for the eCommerce platform.
- Ensure product information and assets are accurate, brand aligned, and launch ready across markets.
- Build commercial plans with eCommerce and merchandising stakeholders to optimize listings and discovery.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing on imagery, video, and product storytelling to improve conversion.
- Partner with SEO to align descriptions, naming, and metadata for search discoverability.
- Monitor competitor assortments and provide insights on cadence, pricing architecture, and visual presentation.
- Define and execute PLP and PDP roadmaps within the global eCommerce program.
- Use analytics and A/B testing to track performance and recommend optimizations.
- Mentor and guide a team while coordinating with regional and digital product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in digital merchandising and e commerce with team management experience.
- Proven ability to drive online sales and conversion through merchandising strategies.
- Experience with PIM, CMS, and e commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
