Summary
Lead the global network evolution and rollout of the New Store Concept strategy to optimize investment and maximize sales across retail stores and trade businesses. Drive strategic planning, data analysis, and cross functional collaboration to expand the brand footprint and ensure exceptional client experience. Manage trade processes, forecasting, and business intelligence to identify opportunities and support regional targets.
Responsibilities
- Define a 3 year strategic plan, store missions, and typologies with regional and market teams
- Ensure optimal capex, FTE, and store size based on market potential and store mission
- Oversee Retail Brief and investment request process, challenging forecasts and ensuring validation
- Conduct in depth analysis of network performance and maintain business intelligence data
- Coordinate communication of opening dates and readiness with IT and planning teams
- Review and support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and budget plans
- Manage order to invoice processes to help regions reach sales targets
- Establish and harmonize trade procedures and luxury retail standards
- Lead and animate the global trade community sharing best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience in an analytical role
- Proven ability to work with complex data and produce actionable insights
- Highly proficient in Excel and advanced MS Office skills
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence projects, particularly Power BI
- Strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and results driven with ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in luxury retail highly desirable
