Manager Online Retail CRM

As a Manager of Online Retail CRM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance client relationships and drive sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve client experiences, ensuring alignment with the Maison's goals.

• Develop a client development strategy leveraging data insights and local CRM initiatives.
• Define client action plans to foster long-term relationships.
• Map client journeys and partner with Retail Expertise to drive behaviors and provide training.
• Collaborate with the local CRM team to identify opportunities and share best practices.
• Identify client development gaps and partner with teams to develop solutions.
• Work with CRC leadership to identify clients for events.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of CRM, client experience, or client service experience.
• Excellent computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
