Manager, Product

Summary

The Product Manager will own and drive the Watches & Fine Jewelry business at the Bal Harbour boutique, acting as a brand ambassador and business leader focused on coaching and developing the sales team and delivering exceptional client experiences. They will partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office to manage assortment planning, reporting and overall category performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach, inspire and develop boutique sales teams through ongoing training and feedback to elevate client service.
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category including analysis, reporting and assortment planning.
• Partner with Home Office buying team and apply KPIs to improve team and business performance.
• Represent the brand in market by developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships and events.
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld through in-store presence and leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail or boutique management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for client experience and the CHANEL brand.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays; ability to lift 15 lbs.
• In-store presence required; foreign language skills preferred.
