Team Manager - Bal Harbour

Summary

The Team Manager will lead and develop a product-focused team at the new Bal Harbour freestanding Louis Vuitton store, driving commercial performance, talent development, and an elevated client experience. Reporting to the Store Director, you will own a designated product category and ensure operational and visual excellence across the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and empower a dedicated retail team to achieve performance and development goals.
• Drive deep client relationships and role-model elevated, personalized service.
• Own a product category, analyze performance, and implement action plans to grow business.
• Set goals, monitor sales and team metrics, and implement solutions to exceed objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations and Merchandising to maintain operational and visual standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams and support succession planning.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience analyzing sales and driving results.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to work retail hours and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
