Store Manager

Summary

As Store Manager, you will lead a luxury boutique to achieve sales targets and cultivate high-profile client relationships. You will drive store performance through strategic planning, CRM initiatives, and team development. You will oversee daily operations and HR functions to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and expand the customer base by engaging high-profile clientele and driving outreach efforts
• Implement and manage the boutique’s client outreach and CRM programs to exceed KPI targets
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
• Motivate and develop the team through goal setting, performance management and recognition
• Manage all HR functions and daily store operations to ensure operational excellence
• Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive incremental sales through cross-functional partnerships and marketing

Requirements

• 5+ years of Store Manager experience at a high-end retailer
• Proven ability to drive results with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
• Strong client relationship and networking skills; brand ambassador presence
• Demonstrated experience in performance management and team development
• Elevated customer service focus and passion for luxury footwear and accessories
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
