Team Manager - Miami Design District

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Director in leading sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed store sales targets while delivering outstanding client service. The role acts as the store leader in the Director's absence, coaches and develops the team, and participates on the sales floor to drive client development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed store sales targets and relevant KPIs.
• Drive client development activities and personally manage key client relationships.
• Provide on-floor management presence, coach team members, and elevate the client experience.
• Attract, hire, train, and retain talent; set goals and deliver performance feedback.
• Oversee store operations, back-of-house efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-facing experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS/client tracking systems; strong operational skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree, GIA coursework, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
