Manager, Product - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Product Manager leads the handbags and small leather goods, costume jewelry, and accessories categories at the boutique. This role coaches and develops a sales team, drives category performance, and delivers an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the team to provide exceptional client experiences and foster a collaborative, inclusive working environment.
• Train team members on product knowledge, brand savoir faire, and service delivery.
• Own category performance through analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
• Use key performance indicators to improve team and business results.
• Develop the local client base through community involvement, partnerships, and events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and people leadership skills, with a passion for client experience and the CHANEL brand.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be present in-store to coach teams, uphold boutique standards, and support client service.
