Summary
The Regional Manager, Client Development for LATAM adapts and executes the global client development strategy to regional market nuances, partnering with retail and corporate stakeholders to drive client acquisition, retention, and regional sales growth while designing high-touch client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and roll out the Client Development Roadmap for the LATAM region.
- Leverage regional data to implement localized client strategies for acquisition and retention.
- Partner with regional retail directors, marketing, operations, and global teams to drive buy-in.
- Manage the regional Client Development budget and optimize resource allocation.
- Establish KPIs and report regional program ROI to senior management.
- Ensure retail visibility into Client 360 attributes and actionable CRM insights.
- Develop scalable activations and leverage market best practices and data insights.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional client development team.
- Influence regional leadership through storytelling and performance-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 8+ years in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
- Strong retail and store operations understanding specific to the region.
- Proven project management skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and budget management experience.
- Deep understanding of regional client behaviors and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
