Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Sales for Mens and Luggage at our Newton location, you will lead a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations and ensure the store meets its financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
  • Manage inventory and ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in menswear or luggage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
