Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive Manager in Training program covering unit operations
• Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Support unit success by implementing store strategy and company procedures
• Maintain productivity and control costs to achieve business targets
• Ensure quality of beverages and food offerings
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff
• Work a flexible schedule to meet store needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of coffee bar management experience in specialty coffee
• Alternatively 2 years of full service upscale restaurant management experience
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Solid communication skills and basic accounting skills
• Food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
